RESOLUTION NUMBER 73 -20 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4,
SECTION 6 OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES
AND RESOLUTIONS APPROVING TIDELAND TRACT N -38, CITY OF
KODIAK.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of
the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions
provides that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough
Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for
the acceptance of all streets, alleys and easements and
other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and the
City of Kodiak has presented for approval its final plat of
Tideland Tract N -38 and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on the 20th,
day of June, 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak
Island Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat
presented by the City of Kodiak, prepared by R. A. Ecklund,
Registered Land Surveyor, (May 28, 1973), and that all streets,
alleys, easements and other open spaces shown on said plat
be and the same are hereby dedicated to public purposes and
the same are hereby accepted.
