A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4,
SECTION 6 OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES
AND RESOLUTIONS APPROVING SUBDIVISION BLOCK 1, TRACT " 0"
U. S. SURVEY 1672
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of
the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions
provides that a final plat shall be approved by the
Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall
provide for the acceptance of all streets, alleys and
easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes,
and Okey Chandler has presented for approval the final plat
of Block 1, Tract "D" U. S. Survey 1672,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of
the Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on the
21st day of June, 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak
Island Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat
presented by Okey Chandler, prepared by R. A. Ecklund,
Registered Land Surveyor, dated June 15, 1973, and that
all streets, alleys, easements and other open sapces shown
on said plat be and the same are hereby dedicated to public
purposes and the same are hereby accepted.
