RESOLUTION NUMBER 73 -16 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY TO
DETERMINE AND DECLARE THAT THE EXISTING APPORTIONMENT DOES
MEET THE STATE REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS, the Borough Assembly is required by Alaska
Statutes 29 .23.020 to determine and delcare by Resolution
whether or not the Assembly is apportioned in compliance
with the Constitution of the United States, and
WHEREAS such determination has been made by the Borough
Assembly,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED and declared that the
apportionment of the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly is in
compliance with the Constitution of the United States of
America.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS ( 9fhday of April, 1973.
