WHEREAS, Chapter 3, Subchapter 1 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code,
of Ordinances and Resolutions provides for the assessment, levy
and collection of taxes in the Kodiak Island Borough and for equal-
ization hearings after notice that the assessment roll has been
completed and
WHEREAS, the Borough Assessor has notified the Kodiak Island Bor-
ough Assembly that he has completed the 1973 Tax Roll and has mail-
