A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF LOT 26, U. S.
SURVEY WHICH CREATES LOTS 26A, 26B, 26C, and 260, U. S. SURVEY
3098.
WHEREAS CHAPTER 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the
Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides
that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by
Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of
all streets, alleys and easements and other open spaces dedicated
to public purposes, and
Mr. SHOCKLEY and Dr. EUFEMIO have presented for approval
the final plat of Lots 26A, 26B, 26C and 26D, U. S. Survey 3098,
and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on the 21st day
of March, 1973, and
WHEREAS, the developers, Mr. SHOCKLEY and Dr. EUFEMIO
have agreed that the newly subdivided lots will be connected to
the City sewer line, and whereas plans for such connection are

to be submitted to the Borough Office,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
it Borough Assembly approve the subdvision of Lot 26, U. S. Survey
i 3098 into Lot 26A, 26B, 26C and 26D, U. S. Survey 3098 pursuant
'! to the Subdivision Plat prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, dated

VV ;j''Mirch 19, 1973, and that the Borough accept said replat in
\I�� accordance with Section 40 .15.140 through 40 .15.180, Alaska
