A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4,
SECTION 6 OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES
AND RESOLUTIONS APPROVING WOODLAND ACRES SUBDIVISION FIRST
ADDITION.
the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions
provides that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough
Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for
the acceptance of all streets, alleys and easements and
other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and
B. E. Nachtweih and E. E. Erwin has presented for approval
its final plat of WOODLAND ACRES SUBDIVISION FIRST ADDITION,
and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on the 21st
day of February, 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak
Island Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat
presented by B. E. Nachtweih and E. E. Erwin, prepared by
R. A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor, and that all streets,
alleys, easements and other open spaces shown on said plat be
and the same are hereby dedicated to public purposes and the
same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 8th day of May, 1973.
