WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the
! Kodiak Island Borough Code of
Ordinances and Resolutions provides
Ii that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough

i!all streets, alleys, easements and other open spaces dedicated to

1 public purposes, and
WHEREAS, BEN BALLANGER has presented for approval hi s
final plat of the vacation of Lot Six (6), Block One
j Shahafka Acres Subdivision (1)
on and Tract
S -3 of U. S. Survey No.
3218, and the replat of the same into Lots Six A (6A), Seven (7),
11 Eight (8) and Nine (9), Block One (1), Shahafka Acres
Subdivision, U. S. Survey No. 3218, and

WHERAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak ;
Island Borough approved said final plat on the 18th day of
October, 1972.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat of the vacation
of Lot Six (6), Block One (1), Shahafka Acres Subdivision and
Tract S -3 of U. S. Survey No. 3218, and the replat of the same
into Lots Six A (6A), Seven (7), Eight (8) and Nine (9), Block
One (1), Shahafka Acres Subdivision, U. 5. Survey No. 3218, and
that all streets, alleys, easements and other open spaces shown

on said plat be and the same are hereby dedicated to public
purposes, and the same are hereby excepted.
