A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
APPROVING BARANOF HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the
Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions solutions provides j
that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by
Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of
all streets, alleys and easements and other open spaces dedicated
to public purposes, and
BARANOF HEIGHTS, INC. has presented for approval its
final plat of Baranof Heights Subdivision First Addition, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on the 18th day
of October, 1972.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by
BARANOF HEIGHTS, INC. of Baranof Heights Subdivision First
Addition, and that all streets, alleys, easements and other
open spaces shown on said plat be and the same are hereby

dedicated to public purposes and the same are hereby excepted.
