WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough, on the 18th
day of September, 1972, in accordance with the procedure
established by Chapter 6, of the Kodiak Island Borough Code
of Ordinances and Resolutions, caused the following described
parcels of land to be offered for sale at public auction:
1. 9 Parcels located in MONASHKA BAY SUB-
DIVISION, Township 27 South, Range 19 West
Seward Meridian.
2. 16 Parcels located in the Miller Point
Alaska Subdivision, First Addition.
3. 9 Parcels located in MILLER POINT ALASKA
SUBDIVISION.
4. 1 Parcel located in U. S. SURVEY 3101.
5. 1 Parcel located in U. S. SURVEY 3103.
6. 1 Parcel located in U. S. SURVEY 3464.
7. 51 Parcels located in the BELLS FLATS
ALASKA SUBDIVISION within Townships 28 South,
Range 20 and 21 West; Township 29 South, Range
21 West, Seward Meridian.
8. 24 Parcels located in the RUSSIAN CREEK
ALASKA SUBDIVISION, within Township 29 South,
Range 21 West and Township 28 South, Range
20 West, Seward Meridian.
WHEREAS, the Borough Assembly has reviewed and con-
sidered the apparent high bid offer on each of the above listed
tracts at said public auction, and;
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interests
of the public do not require rejection of any of said bids.
NOW THEREFORE IT IS RESOLVED on the 5th day of October,
1972, by the Borough Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough that
each of said bids be, and hereby is accepted and approved.
