A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH APPOINTING A BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE KODIAK
!MENTAL HEALTH CENTER AND AN ADVISORY BOARD FOR THE KODIAK ISLAND
HOSPITAL
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough on the 3rd day
of December, 1970, confirmed and ratified the appointment of
members to the Kodiak Island Borough Health /Mental Health
Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, said Board has acted in the dual capacity
as an Advisory Board to the Borough Assembly on health matters
having to do with the Kodiak Island Borough Hospital and
operation of the Kodiak Island Mental Health Center, and
WHEREAS, the advice and assistance of these Boards
has been very beneficial, and these individuals have rendered a
great service to the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly that BETTY SPRINGHILL, DR. DON FENNER, REV.
EPNIE JOHNSON, MARY GAROUTTE, WILLIAM BARDOT, GRETCHEN SAUPE,
,MARGARET SUTLIFF and LELAND T. OLSEN, be and they are hereby
appointed to the Kodiak Island Borough Hospital Advisory Board,
and as the Board of Directors of the Kodiak Island Borough
: Mental Health Center to serve at the pleasure of the Borough
1Assembly.
