No. 3066 A & B and a portion of Block Four (4), U. S. Survey No.
3066 A & B, and the replatting of the same into Lot One (1),
(Block Six (6), U. S. Survey No. 3066 A & B and

WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
j Kodiak Island Borough held a public hearing on said vacation and
replat on the 21st day of June, 1972 at the hour of 7:30 o'clock

at which time all persons interested were invited to be
Heard, and after which hearing the Kodiak Island Borough Planning

:and Zoning Commission inquired into and determined the merits of

the relief prayed for and moved for the approval of the vacation
I and replat, which motion was adopted unanimously, and thereafter

and on the 26th day of July, 1972 the Kodiak Island Borough
Planning and Zoning Commission approved the final plat, vacation
and replat, which action was by unanimous roll call vote.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the vacation and replat
presented by WILLIAM BARDOT of a portion of U. S. Survey No.
2739; Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Two (2), U. S. Survey
NO. 3066 A & B and a portion of Block Four (4), U. S. Survey No.
.', 3066 A & B, and the replatting of the same into Lot One (1),
Block Six (6), U. S. Survey No. 3066 A & B and U. S. Survey No.
'2739, and Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block One (1), U. S. Survey
No. 2739, as shown in the plat prepared by Roy A. Ecklund,
'Registered Land Surveyor; and that all streets, alleys, easements
and other open spaces shown on said replat be and the same are
hereby dedicated to public purposes and the same are hereby
accepted.
