AND AUTHORIZING SALE OPERTY SURPLUS TO THE
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough
the North half of Lot Five (5), Block One (1),
to the City of Kodiak, which it acquired under
a tax foreclosure, and from which land it does
revenue whatsoever, and
WHEREAS, the Borough has received a request from
BEULAH SHORT, who is the owner of the South half of Lot Five
( Block One (1), Leite Addition to the City of Kodiak, to
purchase said property, and accordingly, the Borough has had
the same appraised, the same being valued at ONE THOUSAND
