A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
DECLARING CERTALU PROPERTY SURPLUS TO THE BOROUGH'S NEEDS AND
AUTHOR /ZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY, pursuant
to Alaska Statutes 07.10 has declared the following described
lands:
Monashka Bay Subdivision: Block 1 - Lot 13; Block 2
Lot 18; Block 4 - Lots 11 and 22; Block 5 - Lots 1
and 8; Block 7 - Lots 10, 16 and 17; Block 8 - Lot 1
Miller Point Alaska Subdivision First Addition;
Block 2 - Lots 2, 6 and 7; Block 3 - Lots 1 and 3;
Block 4 - Lots 4, 6 and 7; Block 5 - Lots 3, 4, 6, 10
and 11; Block 9 - Lots 1 and 8; Block 10 - Lot 3
Miller Point Alaska Subdivision:
Block 1 - Lot 4; Block 4 - Lot 3; Block 5 - Lots 1, 3, 5
and 7; Block 7 - Lots 1, 5 and 6
J.S. Survey 3103 - Lot 5

U. S. Survey 3101 - Lot 25 and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly pursuant to
Chapter 6, Section 1 of the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF
ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS has formerly considered whether a sale,
lease, exchange or other disposition of the above - described land
is in the best interest of the public and whether the lands are
needed for or should be devoted to a public use, and
WHEREAS the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly following said
formal consideration has determined that a sale, lease, exchange
or other disposition of the said lands above - described is clearly
in the best interest of the public and that the land is neither
needed for nor should be devoted to public use,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED ON THIS 20th DAY OF JUNE, 1972,
by the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough that the above- described
lands be offered for sale, lease, exchange or otherwise disposed of

pursuant to Chapter 6 of the Kodiak island Borough Code of
Ordinances and Resolution.
