A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY WITHDRAWING CERTAIN
LANDS FROM THE LANDS MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH and the STATE OF ALASKA
through its DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES entered into a Land
Management Agreement dated 17th June 1 965, and
WHEREAS the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH desires to withdraw
from said Land Management Agreement certain lands consisting of
the following:
Monashka Bay Subdivision: Block 1 -Lot 13; Block 2 -Lot 18;

Block 4 -Lots 11 and 22; Block 5 -Lot 1 and 8; Block 7 -Lots
10, 16 and 17; Block 8 -Lot 1
Miller Point Alaska Subdivision, First Addition:
Block 2 -Lots 2, 6 and 7; Block 3 -Lots 1 and 3; Block 4-
Lots 4, 6 and 7; Block 5 -Lots 3, 4, 6, 10 and 11; Block 9-
Lots 1 and 8; Block 10 -Lot 3
Miller Point Alaska Subdivision:
Block 1 -Lot 4; Block 4 -Lot 3; Block 5 -Lots 1, 3, 5 and 7;
Block 7 -Lots 1, 5 and 6
U. S. Survey 3103 -Lot 5
U. S. Survey 3464 -Lot 8
U. S. Survey 3101 -Lot 25
NOW THERE BE IT RESOLVED by the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
ASSEMBLY that the above - described properties be here and tte sane
withdrawn from the Control and Management of the State of Alaska,
Depart ent of Natural Resources, Division of Lands and be disposed
of by the Kodiak Island Borough.
