1972-18 Pursuant To Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 Of The KIB Code Of Ordinances and Resolutions Approving The AK State Housing Authority SubdivisionA RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK OFLTHE KODIAK H ISLAND BOROUGH H CODE 5, ROF ORDINANCES AND RESOL 6 APPROVING THE ALASKA STATE HOUSING AUTHORITY SUBDIVISION OF NEW NEW KODIAK SUBDIVISION BLOCKS FOURTEEN (14) THROUGH EIGHTEEN (18), KODIAK BLOCKS TWO (2) AND S FO O UR B (4)) THROUGH ( THIRTEEN (113ODI SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and WHEREAS, the Alaska State Housing Authority has presented for approval its final plat of New Kodiak Subidivsion Blocks Fourteen (14) through Eighteen (18); New Kodiak Subdivision Block Three (3); and New Kodiak Subdivision Blocks Two (2) and Il Four (4) through Thirteen (13), and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on March 22, ;- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak : _ Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented ry the Alaska of New (14) through Eighteen KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RESOLUTION NUMBER 72-18-R State Housing Authority Blocks Fourteen Block Three (3), Four (4) through and as shown and AHA alleys, easements Page One, RESOLUTION NO. 72 -18 -R (18) , Kodiak Subdivision New Kodiak Subdc.._ and New Kodiak Subdivision Blocks Two (2) and Thirteen (13), prepared by Barr and Associates contained in Drawings No. AHA670821B2, AHA670824B2 and AHA670822B1, and that all streets, and other open spaces shown on said plats Le and the same are hereby dedicated to public purposes, and the same are hereby accepted.
