WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the
Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides
that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by
Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of
all streets, alleys, easements and other open spaces dedicated to
public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Alaska State Housing Authority has
presented for approval its final plat of New Kodiak Subidivsion
Blocks Fourteen (14) through Eighteen (18); New Kodiak Subdivision
Block Three (3); and New Kodiak Subdivision Blocks Two (2) and
Il Four (4) through Thirteen (13), and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on March 22, ;-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak : _
