BE IT RESOLVED b
y the Borough Assembly of the Kodiak
Island Borough, that the applicable portions of the Kodiak
!I Island Borough Comprehensive Plan, and the Kodiak Metro Area
Interim Regional Water Quality Management Plan, together with
the amending letter of ROLLAND JONES, City Manager of the City
of Kodiak, to Assistant Commissioner of Environmental
Conservation, dated January 24, 1972, be and the same is hereby
adopted as the Interim Basin Water Quality Management Plan,
Basin 0 -9 (Kodiak), and the Kodiak Metro Area Interim Regional
Water Quality Management Plan of the Kodiak Island Borough as
required by applicable directives of the Environmental Protection
Agency,
PASSED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of March, 1972,
