A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH IN SUPPORT OF THE FEDERAL AID SECONDARY ROUTE
NO. 428 BETWEEN DILLINGHAI 1, KING SALMON AND NAKNEK TO A POINT
ON THE PACIFIC SIDE OF THE ALASKA PENINSULA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Assembly of the Kodiak
Island Borough that this body go on record as being in support
of the proposed Federal Aid Secondary Route No. 428 between
Dillingham, King Salmon and Naknek to a point on the Pacific side
of the Alaska Peninsula.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that consideration be given in
the design of the road to routing it through Katmai National
Monument to a terminus in a deep -water port in the Shelikof
Straits ,
