BE TT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that the Kodiak Metropolitan Area Interim Regional Water Qualit
Management Plan prepared by Track, Nyman & Hayes, dated
July, 1971, in accordance with requirements of the Water Quality
Office of the Environmental protection Agency, be and the same
is hereby adopted as the Water Quality Management Plan for the
Metropolitan Area of the City of Kodiak.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 6th Day of January, 1972.
