A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE ACS TRAILER COURT
ACCOUNT TO THE CITY OF KODIAK TO BE USED FOR PARKS AND RECREATION
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough has acquired the
sum of FIFTY -TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTEEN and No /100ths
($52,213.00) DOLLARS from ground rents of the ACS Trailer Court,
and
WHEREAS, said funds were heretofore designated to be
used for parks and recreation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly that the sum of FIFTY -TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
THIRTEEN and No /100ths ($52,213.00) DOLLARS now on deposit in
the Kodiak Island Borough account for the ACS Trailer Court funds
and heretofore designated to be used for parks and recreation be
transferred to the City of Kodiak with the express condition that
the same be used for parks and recreation.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of November, 1971.
