A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH WITHDRAWING CERTAIN LANDS FROM THE LAND MANAGEMENT
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough and the State
of Alaska, through its Department of Natural Resources Division
of Lands, entered into a Land Management Agreement dated June 17,
1965, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough desires to
withdraw from said Land Management Agreement certain lands
consisting of the following:
Bells Flats Alaska Subdivision and
Russian Creek Alaska Subdivision
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY that the Bells Flats Alaska Subdivision and
Russian Creek Subdivision be and the same are hereby withdrawn
from the control and management of the State of Alaska Department
of Natural Resources Division of Lands and will be disposed of
by the Kodiak Island Borough.
