1971-20 Vacating Lots 33 and 34, Block 1, Airpark Subdivision And Replatting Them Into Lots 33A, 34A, 35, 36, 37, Block One, Airpark Subdivision.r) KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RESOLUTION NUMBER 71 -20 -R A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH VACATING LOTS THIRTY -THREE (33) AND THIRTY -FOUR (34), BLOCK ONE (1), AIRPARK SUBDIVISION AND REPLATTING THEM INTO LOTS THIRTY -THREE A (33A), THIRTY -FOUR A (34A), THIRTY -FIVE (35), THIRTY -SIX (36), THIRTY -SEVEN (37), BLOCK ONE (1), AIRPARK SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, ED BILLIMECK has petitioned the Kodiak Island Borough Planning and Zoning Commission and the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly for the vacation of Lots Thirty -Three (33) and Thirty -Four (34), Block One (1), Airpark Subdivision, and replatting them into Lots Thirty - Three A (33A), Thirty -Four A (34A), Thirty -Five (35), Thirty -Six (36), and Thirty -Seven (37), Block One (1), Airpark Subdivision, and WHEREAS, the basis for said Petition is so that the Petitioner could sell existing warehouses now located on said property and for a better layout of the remaining lot portions, and WHEREAS, all persons interested were notified i.! that a public hearing would be held on said Petition on Wednesday, the 23rd day of June, 1971 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. in the District Courtroom, State Office Building, at which time all persons interested would be heard before the Kodiak Island Borough Planning and Zoning Commission, which public hearing was duly noticed and held, a copy of the Affidavit of Publication having been filed herein, and at which !hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that the above - described Lots Thirty -Three (33) and Thirty -Four ii (34), Block One (1), Airpark Subdivision, be vacated and replatted, and the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly being fully advised in the premises; Page One, RESOLUTION NO. 71 -20 -R 1 1 1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Lots Thirty -Three (33) and Thirty -Four (34), Block One (1), Airpark Subdivision be and the same are hereby vacated and replatted into Lots Thirty -Three A (33A), Thirty -Four A (34A), Thirty -Five (35) Thirty -Six (36) and Thirty -Seven (37), Block One (1), Airpark Subdivision, in accordance with Sections 40.15.140 through 40.15.180, Alaska Statutes and in accordance with the vacation and replat prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor dated July 23, 1971, entitled "Vacation of Lots 33 & 34 Block 1 Airpark Subdivision First Addition Replat to Lots 33A, 34A, 35, 36, 37 Block 1 Airpark Subdivision First Addition." AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough accept all easements dedicated to public use as set forth in said replat. PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of August, 1971.
