A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
APPROVING THE ROXANE FISHERIES, INC. SUBDIVISION OF TIDELAND
TRACT N -29
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the
Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions
provides that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough
Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the
acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements and other open
spaces dedicated to public purposes, and
WHEREAS, Amil Larman has presented for approval
his final plat of Tideland Tract N -29 into Tracts A and B, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on March 1, 1971,
which plat was approved with the comment that the proposed
subdivision was studied and it was noted that the area conforms
with the Code of Ordinances and that the subdivision of this
tract has been approved by the City of Kodiak.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak
Island Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat
presented by Amil Larman of the subdivision of Tideland Tract
N -29 into Tracts A and B as prepared by Roy Ecklund, dated
January 9, 1971, and that all streets, alleys, easements and
other open spaces shown on said plat be and the same are hereby
dedicated to public purposes and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of March, 1971.
