1970-30 Approving Planning Documents Of New High School Application To HUD On Planning Grant.WHEREAS, THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH, accepted an offer
from the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT for an advance for preparation
of planning documents pertaining to a public work described as
KODIAK ISIaND BOROUGH SCHOOL DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL; and
WHEREAS, CRITTE DEN, CASStaaA, WIROM & JACOBS was engaged
to prepare the planning documents for the aforesaid public work,
and said architect and /or engineer has completed documents and
submitted than for approval; and
WHEREAS, the completed planning documents have been
carefully studied and are considered to comprise adequate planning
of the public work essential to the a nmity and within the financial
ability of the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
NOW, THERE DRE, be it resolved by the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
the governing body of said applicant, that the planning documents
submitted by CRITFF2IDEN, CASSEr>'A, WIRUM & JACOBS as a basis for
DrTlIIED PLANNING of the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH SCHOOL DISTRICT HIGH
SCHOOL dated 25 August 1970, and the statements in Form HUD-4430,
Request for Review and Approval of Plann Documents, in connection
with Departrent of Housing and Urban Development Project No. P- Alaska-
3149 be and the same are hereby approved; and that certified copies of
this resolution be filed with the Department of Housing and Urban
Development.

of the resolution as finally adopted at a meeting of the
governing body on the 14th day of December, 1970, and

given; that a legal quorum was present throughout the
meeting, and a legally sufficient number of members of
