1970-22 Pursuant To Chap 5, Subchap 4, Section 6, Of The KIB Code Of Ordinances And Resolutions Approving Glen Neel And Lorelei Neel Subdivision Of Lot 1 Block 2 Shahafka Acres Subdivision.A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH. ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
APPROVING GLEN NEEL AND LORELEI NEEL SUBDIVISION OF LOT ONE (1)
BLOCK TWO (2) SHAHAFKA ACRES SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the
Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions
provides that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough
Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the
acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements or other open
spaces dedicated to public purposes, and
WHEREAS, GLEN NEEL and LORELEI NEEL have presented
for approval their final plat of the resubdivision of Lot One (1)
Block Two (2) of Shahafka Acres Subdivision into Lots One (1) A
and One (1) B, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on September 2,
1970 after a public hearing on that date,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by
GLEN NEEL and LORELEI NEEL of the subdivision of Lot One (1)
Block Two (2) Shahafka Acres Subdivision into Lots One (1) A
and One (1) B, each containing 23,519 square feet more or less
and that all streets, alleys, easements and other open spaces
shown on said plat be and the same are hereby dedicated to public
purposes and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 1st day of October, 1970.
