A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUB - CHAPTER 4, SECTION 6,
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
APPROVING THE JAMES PEARSON RESUBDIVISION OF TRACT "E" OF U.S.
SURVEY NO. 3218
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Sub- Chapter 4, Section 6 of the
Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides
that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by
Resolution which resolution shall provide for the acceptance of
all streets, alleys, easements or other open spaces dedicated to
public purposes, and
WHEREAS, JAMES PEARSON, has presented for approval his
final plat of the resubdivision of Tract "E" of U.S. Survey NO.
3218 into Tracts "E -1" and "E -2 ", Tract "E -1" containing 3.152
acres and Tract "E -2" containing .942 acres, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on %re.,kd a, 1970
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by
JAMES PEARSON of the resubdivision of Tract "E" of a portion
of U.S. Survey No. 3218 into Tract "E -1" containing 3.152 acres
and Tract "E -2" containing .942 acres and that all streets,
alleys, easements and other open spaces dedicated to public
purposes be and the same are hereby accepted.
