A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH SETTING TAX DUE DATES AND DELINQUENT DATES FOR 1970 REAL,
PERSONAL. AND FIRE DISTRICT TAXES IN 1970.
WHEREAS, Chapter Three, Sub - Chapter One, Section 4A of the
Code of Ordinances and Resalutions of the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
provides that the first half of the taxes levied in the fiscal year
shall be due on the 15th of August and delinquent after the 16th day
of September and the second half of taxes levied in the fiscal year
shall be due on the 15th of October and delinquent after the first
day of Novesber, and
WHEREAS, said Section further provides that if the annual levy
is made on or after the 1st day of June, the Borough Assembly may
by resolution establish a later due and delinquency date and
WHEREAS, the above dates fall on a weekend the Assessor's
Office has determined it would be in the best interests of the Kodiak
Island Borough to establish the following due and delinquent dates for
taxes in 1970,
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that due and delinquent dates for
1970 REAL, PERSONAL AND FIRE DISTRICT TAXES ARE:
First Half taxes due, REAL, PERSONAL & FIRE
First Half Delinquent, REAL, PERSONAL & FIRE
Second Half Due, REAL, PERSONAL & FIRE
Second Half Delinquent, REAL, PEBSCNAL & FIRE
