A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK IS-
LAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER FIVE, SUB - CHAPTER FOUR, SECTION
SIX OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLU-
TIONS APPROVING THE STATE OF ALASKA FINAL PLAT OF THE SURVEY OF
STATE LAND, CREATING TRACT "A" LOCATED WITHIN PROTRACTED SECTIONS
NINETEEN (19) AND THIRTY (30), T 27S, R 19 W, SM, ALASKA.
WHEREAS, Chapter Five, Sub- chapter Four, Section Six of
the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions
provides that a final plat shall be approved by the Bo ough
Assembly by resolution and which resolution shall provide for the
acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements or other open spaces
dedicated to public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska, Department of Natural RE-
sources, Division of Lands has presented for approval its final
plat of a Survey of State Land, creating tract "A" located with-
in protracted sections nineteen (19) and thirty (30), T27S, R19W,
SM, Alaska, a tract of land consisting of one hundred ten and
seven - tenths (110.7) acres, more or less fronting on Otmeloi Point
Road, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak
Island Borough approved said final plat on December 30, 1969.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by
the State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources, Division of
Lands, entitled, A Survey of State Land, Creating Tract "A"
located within protracted sections nineteen (19) and thirty (30),
T 27S, R 19W, SM, Alaska.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 8th day of January, 1970.
