MUMS an emergency does exist as a result of the earthquake and
tital cave; and
MAMAS damage was sustained by contamination and other causes to
the private water systems of the peoples of the Kodiak Island
Borough in the Spruce Cape Road area; Therefore be it
RIMMED, That the Chairman, Charles Powell, be directed to seek
assistance from Rural Develepmlht Corp and other agencies to
secure necessary funds and/or materials for laying of temporary
fresh water system to alleviate the resulting health hazard to
provide minimum non- penoanent fresh water to hares affected.
