ORDINANCE NO. 96 -17
AN ORDINANCE RENAMING PARK VIEW DRIVE TO MOUNTAIN VIEW DRIVE
WHEREAS, the legal name given to the road serving the Mountain View Subdivision
was Park View Drive; and
WHEREAS, the road name that has been used by the residents is Mountain View
Drive; and
WHEREAS, the residents of the Mountain View Subdivision submitted a petition to
officially change the legal name of the road to the commonly used name;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: This ordinance not of a general and permanent nature and shall not
become a part of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances.
Section 2: The street named Park View Drive is renamed Mountain View Drive and
the Kodiak Island Borough maps shall be changed accordingly.
ADOPTED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
