AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 96 -10 FISCAL Y -AR BUDGET
FOR 1997 TO REFLECT AN AMENDMENT IN THE GENERAL FU ' TO FUND THE
KODIAK OUTDOOR THEATER CORPORATIO
"CRY OF THE WILD RAM" PRODUCTIO
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Outdoor Theater Corporation is des ous of reviving the "Cry
of the Wild Ram" outdoor production; and
WHEREAS, considerable work needs to be done to -vive the play;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE AS : EMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: This ordinance is not of gener application and shall not be codified.
Section 2: The Fiscal Year 1997 Bud : et is amended by increasing use of fund
balance in the General Fund by $60 •00 and amended by adding a line item in
Department 190 Education, Culture, . d Recreation named "Kodiak Outdoor Theater
Corporation" to add $60,000.
Section 3: The transfer of funs in the Fiscal Year 1997 Budget is contingent upon
the City of Kodiak contributi • a like amount.
