TITLE 2 ADMINISTRATION AND PERSONNEL CHAPTER 2.1 ERSONNEL
TO REFLECT AMENDMENTS TO THE KODIAK ISLAND BO OUGH CODE
OF PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS BY ORDI ANCE ONLY
WHEREAS, the assembly is committed to the princip • of equal employment

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSE =LY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: This ordinance is a general and p manent nature and shall become a
part of the Kodiak Island Borou• Code of Ordinances.
Section 2: Title 2, Chapter 2.12, Sectio ► 2.12.010 is hereby amended as follows:
2.12.010 Personnel rules and regul • ions. The Kodiak Island Borough Code of
Personnel Rules and Regulations, 1 • ' 4 edition, is adopted as the personnel code of
the borough and made a part of thi : chapter as set forth in full.
