ORDINANCE NO. 93 -69
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE
CHAPTER 2.17 RULES OF THE ASSEMBLY
SECTION 2.17.020 GENERAL RULES
WHEREAS, the parliamentary procedure manual, "Roberts Rules of Order ", governing
the proceedings of the assembly has not been updated since 1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
This ordinance is of a general and permanent nature and shall become a
part of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances.
2: Chapter 2.17 Rules of the Assembly, Section 2.17.020 General Rules,
Subsection D Rules of Order is hereby amended to read:
2.17.020 General Rules
D. Rules of Order: "Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised, 197990
Edition" shall govern the proceedings of the assembly in all cases, unless they are in
conflict with these rules. When such a conflict exists, this ordinance prevails.
