DEPUTY CLERK -- APPOINTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: This ordinance is of a general and permanent nature and shall become a
part of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances.
Section 2: Section 2.21.030 is amended as follows:
2.21.030 Deputy Clerk -- Appointment. There is established the position of deputy
borough clerk in the legislative service. This is a totally exempt position. The
borough clerk is authorized to appoint the deputy borough clerk who shall be
confirmed by the assembly.
