AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 93 -10 FISCAL YEAR 1994 BUDGET
TO ACCEPT A $350,000 GRANT FROM THE STATE OF ALASKA
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES,
DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES,
FOR BUILDING RENOVATION OF THE MENTAL HEALTH CENTER
COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES FACILITY
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska Department of Health and Social Services has
appropriated funds to the Kodiak Island Borough Mental Health Center
under Chapter 79, SLA 79 providing for facilities renovation; and
WHEREAS, $350,000 has been made available for this purpose under Grant #06-4 -
C -4290 per notification from the State of Alaska Department of Health
and Social Services, Division of Administrative Services, under the
provisions of Alaska Statute 37.05.316;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: This ordinance is not of general application and shall not be codified.
Section 2:
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly accepts the grant funds in the total
amount of $350,000 and directs staff to complete the necessary forms
and accounting to manage such funds.
