WHEREAS, the State of Alaska, Department of Administration has awarded a
legislative municipal grant to the Kodiak Island Borough under AS
37.05.315 -.325; and
WHEREAS, $275,000 has been awarded for this purpose under State of Alaska
Grant No. 3/94 -004; and
WHEREAS, fiscal year 1994 budget already reflects specific amounts of revenue and
expenditures for this grant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: This ordinance is not of general application and shall not be codified.
Section 2:
ADOPTED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
