AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 93 -10
FISCAL YEAR 1994 BUDGET
(DAY CARE ASSISTANCE GRANT)

WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough has received the fiscal year 1994 Day Care
Assistance Grant from the State of Alaska, Department of Community
and Regional Affairs; and
WHEREAS, the original recorded budget was an estimate based on fiscal year 1993
figures;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: This ordinance is not of general application and shall not be codified.
Section 2: The Fiscal Year 1994 budget is hereby amended by decreasing Subsidy
and Administrative Revenue line items in the Day Care Assistance Fund
by a total of $ 13,032, and reducing expenditures in the same amount to
match the actual grant received.
