WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Planning an. oning Commission held an
advertised public hearing on a request t rezone Tract H -2, U.S. Survey
1396 from R- 2 - -Two Family Residenti #o R- 3-- Multi- Family Residential;
and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough P . noing and Zoning Commission has
recommended that the Kodia Island Borough Assembly approve the
above referenced rezone;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED -Y THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
