AN ORDINANCE AMENDING KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE
16.50.020 B REQUIREMENTS OF FINAL PLAT
Whereas: The State of Alaska Recorders Office has requested one additional copy
of plats;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: This ordinance is of a general and permanent nature and shall become a
part of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances.
Section 2: Kodiak Island Borough Code 16.50.020 B Requirements of Final Plat is
amended as follows:
B. Three (3) Four (4) blueline or blackline copies and the polyester
film original of the final plat shall be submitted.
