1992-27 Rezoning Lot 2A-1A-1, Block 5, Miller Point Alaska Subdivision From R2-Two Family Residential To PL-Public Use LandsAN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 2A -1A -1 BLOCK 5 MILLER POINT ALASKA SUBDIVISION FROM R- 2 - -TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO PL-- PUBLIC USE LANDS (4050 PARKSIDE DRIVE) WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Planning and Zoning Commission held an advertised public hearing on a request to rezone Lot 2A -1A -1 Block 5 Miller Point Alaska Subdivision from R- 2 - -Two Family Residential to PL -- Public Use Lands; and WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly approve the above referenced rezone; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH THAT: Section 1. This ordinance is not of general application and shall not be codified. Section 2. Section 3.
