AN ORDINANCE REZONING OLGA BAY CANNERY COVE CANNERY COMPLEX
FROM C-- CONSERVATION TO RD- -RURAL DEVELOPMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: This ordinance is not of general application and shall not be codified.
Section 2: The Olga Bay Cannery Cove - Cannery Complex (consisting of 45 acres
and legally referred to as U.S. Survey 1577, U.S. Survey 325, U.S.
Survey 45, U.S. Survey 299 and U.S. Survey 1580) is rezoned from C --
Conservation to RD- -rural Development.
Section 3: The official zoning map shall be updated to reflect this rezoning.
ADOPTED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
