AN ORDINANCE REZONING A FIVE -ACRE PARCEL OF LAND
ON THE SOUTH SHORE OF UPPER OLGA LAKE
FROM C -- CONSERVATION TO RD- -RURAL DEVELOPMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: This ordinance is not of general application and shall not be codified.
Section 2: A five -acre parcel of land on the south shore of Upper Olga Lake, legally
described as Fractional W1/2, NW1 /4, SW1 /4, NE1 /4;, Fractional W1/2,
SWI /4, NWI /4, NE1 /4 of Section 15, 736S, R31W, S.M. Alaska is
rezoned from C -- Conservation >4 RD- -Rural Development.
Section 3: The official zoning map shall be updated to reflect this rezoning.
