AN ORDINANCE REZONING A FIVE ACRE PARCEL OF LAND KNOWN AS
ASLS 77 -131, LOCATED IN HIDDEN BASIN, IN UGAK BAY,
ON KODIAK ISLAND, FROM C -- CONSERVATION
T� RD- -RURAL DEVELOPMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: This ordinance is not of a general application and shall not be codified.
Section 2: The five (5) acre parcel of land legally described as ASLS 77 -131 (T31 S,
R23W, TL 1101), and located in Hidden Basin, Ugak Bay is rezoned from
C -- Conservation 1Q RD- -Rural Development.
Section 3: The official zoning map shall be updated to reflect this rezoning.
