The requirements of this chapter for the provision of off-street parking and loading areas; w€tlt tftp exception of Sect €OI1 rktnm shall not apply within the designated core area of downtown Kodiak. The purpose of this exemption is to establish off - street parking regulations that are consistent with the provisions of the Central Kodiak Island Borough, Alaska Ordinance 92 -07 Page 1 of 4 Commercial Designation of the UR -19 Urban Renewal Plan. The exemption area is bounded by Rezanof Drive West, Center Avenue, Marine Way East, and Marine Way West and is defined as Blocks 4 through 13 of New Kodiak Subdivision.
