(OFF- STREET PARKING) TO INCLUDE PROVISIONS SIMILAR TO THOSE
CONTAINED WITHIN THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA)
AND TO REQUIRE CORNER CLEARANCE FOR DRIVEWAY ACCESS
This ordinance is of a general and permanent nature and shall become a
part of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances.

for the provision of off-street parking and loading areas; w€tlt tftp exception of Sect €OI1

core area of downtown Kodiak. The purpose of this exemption is to establish off -
street parking regulations that are consistent with the provisions of the Central
Kodiak Island Borough, Alaska Ordinance 92 -07

Commercial Designation of the UR -19 Urban Renewal Plan. The exemption area is
bounded by Rezanof Drive West, Center Avenue, Marine Way East, and Marine Way
West and is defined as Blocks 4 through 13 of New Kodiak Subdivision. (Ord. 90 -45-
0 §2(part), 1991).
