WHEREAS, the City of Kodiak regulates the use of City watersheds by controlling
access to and use of the land which might be detrimental to the quality
of the municipal water systems; and

the City of Kodiak municipal watersheds have previously been zoned W --
Watershed by two separate ordinances; and
the City of Kodiak would like to more clearly specify the legal boundaries
of the municipal watersheds;
This ordinance is not of general application and shall not be codified.
The legal description contained in Section 1 of Ordinances No. 77 -26 -0
and No. 84 -35 -0 Legal Description of Watershed Above the Pillar Creek
Dam is amended as described in the attached legal description. Any
areas no longer contained in the watersheds revert to prior zoning.
The official zoning map shall be updated to reflect this amended
boundary.
