NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
This ordinance is not of general application and shall not be codified.
Lots 1 -1 and 1 -2, U. S. Survey 3218 are rezoned from RR -1- -Rural
Residential to B -- Business.
Section 3: The official zoning map shall be updated to reflect this rezoning.
