ORDINANCE NO. 91 -31
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE LAKESIDE SUBDIVISION /SAFEWAY
SUBAREA PLAN AND INCORPORATING THE PLAN
INTO THE BOROUGH CODE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: This ordinance is of a general and permanent nature and shall become a
part of the Code of Ordinances of the Kodiak Island Borough.
Section 2: Chapter 17.02 of the Borough Code is amended by adding in Section
17.02.030:
"Lakeside Subdivision /Safeway Subarea Comprehensive Plan dated
October, 1991. Prepared by the Kodiak Island Borough. Adopted by
Ordinance No. 91 -31, dated November 21, 1991."
