AN ORDINANCE REZONING TRACT A OF LAND TOTALLING 4.360
ACRES FROM C-- CONSERVATION TO W-- WATERSHED IN
THE VICINITY OF THE CITY OF LARSEN BAY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: This ordinance is not of general application and shall not be codified.
Section 2: Sections 4 through 9, 16 and 17, T31 S, R29W (as identified in
Ordinance No. 91 -23) a tract of land totalling 4,360 acres, is rezoned
from C -- Conservation to W-- Watershed.
Section 3: The official zoning map shall be updated to reflect this rezoning.
A. will protect and regulate the Larsen Bay municipal water supply to
Insure good water quality is maintained; and
B. will prohibit all other land uses not compatible with the maintenance
of the municipal watershed; and
C. will be consistent with the local ordinances developed by Larsen Bay
to further protect this community resource; and
