BOROUGH THAT:
This ordinanc- is not of general application and shall not be codified.
Line item '0- 186 -448 -312, Alaska Legal Service Contribution, will be
increas- • from $7,000 to 532,000, an increase of $25,000.
Line tem 100- 000 - 389 -100, Use of Fund Balance, will be increased
$ +,000.
These funds will be returned to the Kodiak isiand Borough if Alaska Legal
Services receives additional FY92 funds from the State of Alaska.
This is a one time appropriation. Future funding will be based on annual
budget review during appropriation for non - profits.
