1991-05 Amending KIBC 15.04.020, Building CodesBE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH:
Section 1. This ordinance is of a general and permanent nature and shall become a
part of the Code of Ordinances.
Section 2. Section 15.04.020, Copies on file for sale, is amended to read:
15.04.020 Copies on file for sale. After adoption, the building official shall provide
copies for sale of all codes adopted pursuant to Section 15.04.010, to those interested
in purchasing them. [AT LEAST ONE COPY OF EACH CODE OF TECHNICAL
REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 15.04.010 SHALL BE KEPT
IN THE OFFICE OF THE BOROUGH CLERK.]
