REZONING ALL LANDS LYING WESTERLY OF BELLS FLATS AND
RUSSIAN CREEK ALASKA SUBDIVISIONS AND EASTERLY OF THE WOMENS BAY
DRAINAGE BOUNDARY AND SOUTHERLY OF SARGENT CREEK AND
NORTHERLY OF RUSSIAN CREEK; AN AREA CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY
5,000 ACRES FROM C-- CONSERVATION TO NU- NATURAL USE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly that:
Section 1. Classification. This ordinance is not of general
application and shall not be codified.
Section 2. All lands lying westerly of Bells Flats and Russian
Creek Alaska Subdivisions and easterly of the Womens Bay Drainage Boundary
and southerly of Sargent Creek and northerly of Russian Creek excluding
privately owned lands; an area containing approximately five thousand (5,000)
acres as shown on the attached map are rezoned from C -- Conservation to
NU--Natural Use.
